Soul Running is a Milan-based trail organisation overseeing some of the largest events and continued growth of the sport in Italy.
Human Form Films was invited to document a three-day journey across a newly opened trail near the city of Prato — following a group of runners as they moved through the landscape and experienced the route in real time.
The intent was bigger than a simple event recap. The film needed to showcase destination, atmosphere, and community — positioning both the trail and the wider Italian trail scene to audiences at home and abroad.
The Effect
Attention that travelled.
On release, the film brought significant engagement to Soul Running’s social platforms and helped spotlight both the new Prato trail and the organisation’s growing presence within European trail running.
