Context

A new layer. A new message.

Hubli is a global self-serve booking platform enabling businesses to instantly find, book, and manage meeting spaces, group hotel stays, and internal office rooms — all in one place.

Having partnered with Human Form Films on its original launch film, Hubli returned to commission a new piece introducing Hubli Green — a built-in sustainability layer designed to help companies plan lower-carbon meetings by comparing locations, travel emissions, and sustainable venues directly within the booking process.

The challenge was clear: communicate a practical sustainability tool in a way that felt forward-thinking, accessible, and commercially sharp.

The Build

Clarity first.

The approach centred on simplicity and precision.

Sustainability messaging can easily become abstract or overly technical — so the film focused on clarity of concept, clean visuals, and confident narrative direction. The goal was to present Hubli Green not as an add-on, but as an integrated, intuitive evolution of the platform.

Tone, pacing, and visual language were designed to feel contemporary and global — aligning with Hubli’s position as a tech-enabled solution operating at scale.

The Impact

An idea made tangible.

The film supported the rollout of Hubli Green as a defining feature within the Hubli ecosystem — helping articulate its value to corporate clients and stakeholders.

Building on an existing creative relationship, the project reinforced Human Form Films as a trusted partner in shaping Hubli’s evolving brand story.
